With over 40 years of experience in franchising, Eric is passionate about helping aspiring franchise owners turn their entrepreneurial dreams into reality. Starting his journey in his father’s Burger King franchise while in college, he gained hands-on knowledge in restaurant operations, finance, marketing, and multi-unit development.
Eric has been a franchisee for brands like Burger King, Culver’s, and Steak n Shake, and even launched his own concepts, including Fenders Frozen Custard. Beyond franchising, he has expertise in real estate, business funding, and served as an area developer for Bridge Internet.
Eric’s specialties include restaurants, fitness, senior care, and automotive services. A proud member of the Board of Advisors at Northern Michigan University’s College of Business, he believes in hard work, respect, and adding value to every relationship.
When not consulting, Eric enjoys golfing, skiing, boating, and spending time with his family and dogs.
